Hello! To be honest, this is the first book I’ve written in my life. I was motivated to create this book by “Love”.
I’ll tell you a little about myself. At the time when the idea for this book came, I was only 21. I am in Poland and I want to finally find the purpose of my life and find my place.
Are you asking why you should read this book?
This book is about good and evil. About friendship. About despair. And about simply leaving in a good mood after reading it. And there are cats!
I would like to wish you, reader, never to be sad or upset over trifles. Breathe deeply and explore the world! As you explore the world, you will be so surprised by how multifaceted and damn wonderful it is. This is how you will find yourself.

Chapter 1


Hi, friend! From the title of the book, you are probably wondering: how can a marshmallow get lost if it is not alive? So here’s your answer. Marshmallow is the cat’s name. But there is still a bit of a fairy tale. This cat understands human language!

Where did this cat come from?.. Sit back comfortably and find out the whole truth. This long story begins with an island where a lot of potatoes grow. This small, cute, white, blue-eyed cat helped people dig potatoes and chased mice. Fluffy was a very shy kitten. If you had to meet someone, this little white kid would hide behind the wall for the first time and, occasionally peeking out, watch.


One day a ship sailed to this island. And from this ship an angry black cat appeared. It soon became clear that this cat was better at catching mice than Marshmallow. Over time, they began to forget about the white kitten: they no longer took him with them and left him alone. Marshmallow was very upset. He went to talk to the black cat.
– Why did you come here, Coal? – asked the white kitten. And the black one answers him:
– You see, in my country I did a lot of stupid things, and for me the move was necessary so that nothing bad would be done to me for my dirty tricks. But here, no one knows what kind of past I had. Coal laughed.
