Pizza Margherita
To prepare Italian Margherita pizza you will need the following ingredients:
Pizza dough
1 large tomato
150 g hard cheese (e.g. mozzarella)

So, let’s start by preparing the pizza dough. You can use ready-made dough from the store or make your own. After this, preheat the oven to 220°C.

Top the pizza with fresh basil leaves and season with salt and pepper to taste. The abundance of fresh basil resulted in such a fragrant and delicious dish!
